The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus is dedicated to providing young people, communities and schools with free events, workshops, interactive experiences, and hands-on opportunities to produce audio, video, and digital media projects. During Warped Tour the band Never Shout Never came on to record a live version of "Piggy Bank."
Record a live "in-studio" take of their song. With only two cameras available, I opted on being a float cam between all members while my colleague covered vocalist and guitar solos. We had a 1-hour window before they had to leave to be on stage and if I remember correctly they arrived about ten-minutes late in true rockstar fashion. ;)
In order to contribute to the "live" feel I decided to include the production intro and drop the audio and video corrections until the start of the song. While I can't take all of the credit and my opinion might be biased, this is their best recording of the song and FWIW, internet strangers on YouTube seem to agree.
